On tap at Pure Project - Carlsbad, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is extremely rich, with huge maple syrup and coffee upfront, accentuated by rich bourbon barrel notes as well. Flavour is extremely rich, with a wonderful blend of bourbon, maple syrup and coffee; plenty of sticky dark sugars without being cloying, thankfully. Rich, complex and sticky. A treat.
