A story beginning in 2022. Our friend Keenan sent us organically farmed and pressed, 100% pinot noir grapes from his four year vineyard in Summerland, BC. After putting them to rest upon a selected blend from our barrels and foeder aged beers, we let time work its magic to create a truly harmonious blend of wild yet balanced flavours.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear ros amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of wild bugs, some red grape must, and a touch of oak. Flavour is oaky and buggy, with plenty of wild yeast, dry oak, a bit of grape must, and some toasted grains. Not the most refined wild yeast expression or incorporation of the grape, but compared to the other nonsense these guys brew, this is very good. Compared to many other wilds, this is just solid.
