This zippy Pilsner is incredibly refreshing, with a clean malt profile and hints of lemon zest and herbs, finishing with a sharp and mildly bitter bite. It’s a perfect beer to pair with sun, food, and friends, ideally all at the same time.

I have no earthly clue what Mediterranean pilsner is. Ceutan? North Cypriot? Gazan? Like, be specific. Hazy. Thin body. Mellow. Vague hop, not much bitterness.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has toasted grains, some grass, and biscuity malt. Flavour has toasted grains, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Crunchy biscuity notes and grassy hops. Not bad but a bit too herbaceous. It's fine.
