Pale and hazy. Clear saison yeast aroma. Soft body, not really complex. Low bitterness. Starter saison.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of bretty funk, some rustic saison yeast, and some crunchy earthiness. Flavour is rustic, with lots of deep farmhouse funk, light yeast, toasted cereal grains, and a touch of citrus. Cereal grains and rustic funkiness on the finish. Very good.

FHF 2024. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: bugs, some weird savory notes, crispy. Taste: along the same lines, some Brett. Overall: a bit weird, ok.
