Can pour at East Side Beer Fest. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Gentle citrus and saison yeast on the nose. Flavour is floral, slightly tart, citric. A bit phenolic on the finish. Not super complex, but okay enough.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast and toasted grains. Flavour has toasted grains, rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Toasted grains and rustic saison yeast on the finish. Solid enough.

Slight haze, medium head, yellow. The malt’s a bit sweet, but there’s a decent funk - dusty saison yeast. Good.
