On tap at Threefold. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Orange citrus, some mango, and citra on the nose. Flavour has mostly orange citrus, tropical fruit along with some dank oils. Mostly clean with only a little bit of hop burn coming through on the finish. Not super interesting, but not victim to the usual hazy faults.

Cloudy blond colour. Fruity aroma, tropical. Good body strength, the mouthfeel is off-dry, wheath-y base, very little starch, anonymous malt base, followed by plenty of tropical hops; respectable bitterness too, slight hopburn. Good, but it doesn't really come together how I hoped.

16oz (thx, Ryan!) @ Alex's garage. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: juicy, some tropical fruits and flowers. Taste: along the same lines, kinda dusty, bitter, some flowery notes. Overall: ok

Opaque, thin head. Some hop burn, indistinct hop character and basic malts. This may well be true to the Boombox ethos but it’s not the brightness nor balance I seek in an IPA

473mL can, pours an opaque milky yellow with a small white head. Aroma actually smells pretty decent -- minimal chalk, some juicy stone fruits, gentle dankness, and some allium. Flavour is reasonably juicy, well-hopped, with minimal hopburn or chalk; there's a bit of dank hops, though they're not potent. Citrusy, mildly bitter finish, with a bit of the hopburn kicking in the finish. I'm pleasantly surprised by this -- better than expected.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/12/2024). Hazy golden blonde with full white head. Citrus hops, a bit oat-y, tastes is slightly subdued, but lingers in the mouth. Okay.
