750ml @ 🏡 shared with Josh (thx for the beer!) discussing the trip to visit the Festival of Dark Arts 2026 - Astoria.
Aroma: nice lemon and farmhouse notes, a bit fruity and oaky.
Taste: along the same lines, crispy.
Overall: nice one.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy yellow with small white head and a bit of sediment on the bottom. Aroma is quite plummy, taste is more apricot with some subdued saison yeast and hint of spelt. Enjoyable.

Jan 2026. Hazy, pale. No head. On the nose it's got a lot of fruit, especially plum, the apricot being slightly lighter. On the palate, bright fruit, light wheaty sort of base, good body, slight tartness in the finish. Excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle apricots, light plums, mixed bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very fruity, with plenty of apricots, plums, mixed bugs, and toasted graininess on the finish. Reasonably complex and integrated. Nice stuff.
