On tap at Sea Cider. Pours clear blonde. Dry apple skins, some light sweetness, and a touch of champagne-like yeast on the nose. Flavour is medium-dry, apple skins, a touch of apple juice, and very light champagne character. Solid cider.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out light champagne-like effervescence and crisp apple skins. Flavour is crisp, with dry apple skins, light champagne notes, and some gentle funk. Nicely crafted, with a dry, lively finish. Good.
