A perfect blend of bittersweet apple grown by our Abbotsford farmers at Phoebe Creek. Varietals like Muscadet de Dieppe and Bedan de Part are low on acid but high in sugar and tannin. Expect a full bodied, high tannin cider with aromas of toffee and burnt caramel and a long lingering finish.

Medium bitterness, light fruit, not bad apple. Still a bit more sweetness than I’d prefer but it’s okay.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dry, with crisp apple skins and soft toffee. Flavour is crisp and dry, with dry, crisp apple skins — prettt bone dry. Crisp, nicely carbonated. Solid.
