By blending pink grapefruit juice with foeder aged wild ale, we created a refreshing and tart wild radler that weighs in at a modest 2.5% ABV. Wildly fermented, wildly delicious — and appearing on shelves just in time for the dog days of summer!

Pink grapefruit is all I can think of whne drinking this. Massive grapefruit flavours and aromas, soft Brett crisp and clean, medium bitter. Refreshing, and fantastic.

Can: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a small white foamy head with limited retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some grapefruit notes. Taste is also a nice mix of tart notes with some grapefruit. Body is about average with good carbonation. Easy drinking and refreshing radler with no artificial flavors.

473mL can, pours an opaque dull orangey blonde, tiny white head. Aroma brings out somewhat bitter grapefruit and gentle sweetness. Flavour is lightly sweet, with grapefruit juice, light bitterness, and a touch of tartness. For a radler, this works well.
