Pale, opaque. There's a lot of apple here, some bugs, and a light, off-dry sort of buggy character. Good graf.

750 (thx, Ryan!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: murky blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: fruity, some kinda of manure, rustic notes, cheese popcorn notes. Taste: along the same lines, very light, rustic, bad fart and cheese popcorn. Overall: interesting.

Poured from 750mL bottle from Boni-Soir - Épicerie Fine Peluso Beaubien (Montreal). Hazy pale blonde with small white head. Mild saison yeast, apple core, decent.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings ripe apple core, apple skins, and some dryness. Flavour is dry, with lots of apple core, apple skins, and some wildness. Not particularly complex, but nicely dry and crisp. Good.
