Dark brown, thin head. Nice, big coffee aroma. Good sweet malt base. Dark and roasty malts, some toast, quite nutty. The coffee is rich, and the base is robust enough to balance it out.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ Matt's house. Appearance: dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: a bit sweet, lots of coffee, some roasted notes. Taste: along the same lines, nicely integrated coffee and roasted malts. Overall: good one.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg Feb 14, 2024). Very dark brown with nice beige head. Tried after Each Beast Brazil Natural Yellow Bourbon variant of the same date. Soft coffee forward, coffee is more integrated, but it is slightly thin. Again, on par with most of the Each Beasts.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a richer roasted coffee character and a touch of earthiness. Flavour is rich, with a medium roasted coffee character, gentle earthiness, and very low residual sweetness. Nicely complex, with lots of depth. I'm liking this coffee variant. Very good.
