On tap at Kolektiv, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head and lemon pulp floating in it. Aroma brings out lemon pith and light biscuity notes. Flavour is very lemony, with lots of citrus peel and lemon pulp. Very low sweetness, finishing bready. Unusual but drinkable and thirst-quenching.
