Aromas are sweet malt, floral, herbs and flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter or carbonation. Add in some wet grain. Goodbody and finish fall as flavors. Very nice helles.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma is bready/grassy. Med body. Nice texture. Malty but towards dry. Bitterness from grass/spice. Nice brew.

Small pour after hiking with wife and George and on Mount Baker. Appearance: clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: hoppy, raw water, a bit of grass and flowers. Taste: along the same lines, quite smooth. Overall: pretty good.

Draft 10 oz pour at Structures, Holly. Clean, crisp, shiny golden pour. Active fizz head, lots of sticky lacing. Cool, refreshing taste. Straw grains, gentle mineral, cool finish. Very clean all around. Crusher of a helles. Delicious addition to what has become a somewhat larger lager selection here at Structures.

Bright gold, fluffy head. Effervescent. Clean pale malt, just a light acidity -not unusual in a lager at this level.

On tap at Structures, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted grains, light herbal and grass. Flavour is similar, with herbal and grassy notes, and some mineral notes. Straw notes on the palate. Pretty solid stuff.
