On cask at Main Street, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bready malt, light toasted caramel and a hint of Belgian yeast. Flavour brings out lots of tart red fruits, with a bit of Belgian yeast and light caramel bready malt. Tartness is strange, hunting at something slightly off about this. Okay.

Cask at the brewery
Cloudy and bright copper to amber color with compact head. Besides the beautiful look, the arom ais very mild; the flavor is suspiciously acidic (mild), but in a good way, with traces of Belgian yeast.
Odd but pleasant.

Cask. Amber, hazy and with a thick head. Sweet and bland. Yeasty. Nothing like De Koninck, really. Can’t imagine why you’d cask condition this kind of beer - that might have knocked a couple points off what was already not a very effective brew.
