On tap at Ballast Point Little Italy, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is very fruity and oaky, with lots of bourbon oak chips, dark fruits and medium roast. Flavour is intense, with a wonderful oak chip character, some dark fruits, light bourbon and vanilla. Deep and actually a good use of bourbon-soaked oak chips. Excellent.
