Keg at fyne fest 2019... Light murk amber.. Earthy funk fruit nose.. Soft sharp apple.. Salty fruits.. Juicy floral salty fruit

Tart, fruity, with a touch of butter. Wow. This is really quite buttery and slick. It's gone wrong. The apples don't add anything I want and there's fermentation problems.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy dark bronze with a small beige head. Aroma reveals wild yeast, crisp apple skins, and some farmhouse notes. Flavour follows almost exactly as the nose projects, with farmhouse yeast, crisp apples, although there are some rotting apple core notes, and some farmhouse notes. A bit too much of the rotting apple core, but it's decent overall.
