Bottle. Pours a hazy brown copper color with a medium white head. A big woody sour berry nose. Sour, rich lactic flavors, cherries, vinous red wine. Not getting a lot of pine here.

Bottle pour at Avery Invitational 2019. Orange with white head. Quit sour, fruity, funky, acetic, oak, vinous. Medium bodied.

On tap at Culmination, pours a clear copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of funky bacteria, with lots of wild farmhouse funk, and some vinous notes. Flavour is very complex, with lots of wild yeast, oak, some tannins, tart grape skins, and vinous notes. Complex and wild. This is great.
