On tap at Von Ebert, pours a clear pale pinkish peachy colour with a small white head. Nose brings out lightly tart rhubarb, with some strawberry and light lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart rhubarb, tart strawberries, lacto, and acidic notes. Tastes like a tart, rose wine. It's pretty damn well-done.
