Bottle pour at The Masonry, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of white wine barrels, with saison yeast, and wild yeast. Flavour is complex, with lots of oak, white wine barrels, saison yeast and wild yeast. Complex and funky, with a wonderfully oaky character. Excellent.
