Sharp roast and a little nut. Very dry, and well balanced. I like this one. Dark chocolate. Bitter end. Tap at brewery.

On tap at Optimism, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium roast and vanilla beans. Flavour is a bit flat, with subtle vanilla, medium roast and biscuity malt. Moderately roasty and rather obscured. Not too well-dialed in.

Dark brown, with mostly coffee on the nose. Similar palate, lots of burnt coffee, a bit harsh in that way.
