Sample at the tap room. Hazy dark pink color with a medium pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Aroma of raspberry, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart raspberry, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a raspberry aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Reuben's, pours a hazy bright pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright tart raspberries, with lots of lacto - not really getting the salt. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart raspberries, lots of lacto, and a touch of salt. Lacto-y, tart and fruity, with a fairly dry finish. Nicely done.
