Poured from the tap (finally!!!). Dark brown with beige head. Sweet cocoa and medium roast malt. Nice flavour, but dissipates a bit quickly for a slightly watery finish.

Medium brown. Pours flat - looks like a short pour on the growler, which is a bit weird. The aroma has a big, overly roasted coffee nose. The palate is fairly nutty, the coffee a bit more understated than on the nose, Fairly soft, a bit on the sweet side, but the coffee actually comes across balanced on the palate.

Black colour. Nice aroma of toasted malts. Very smoot, faily sweet, with dark caramel, dark malts, a pinch of dark chocolate, low-ish bitterness.
I like it a lot, because it's sweet and not burnt.

On tap at The Beer Horse, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out rich dark cocoa upfront, with medium roast. Flavour follows the same lines, with dark cocoa and medium roast. Fudge-like and creamy on the palate. Nicely done.
