Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2015 ] @ Lokomotivvaerkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As DTU Seaweed ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt - caramel, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, malt bitter, sweet malt, semi dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Draught at KØ. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light biter finish. Oily palate.

Draught at KØ15. Mild fruity aroma. Clear amber colour. Mildly malty flavour. Good mouthfeel. Low to medium bitterness, semi-astringent. I do not get much seaweed flavour.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted and light fruity. Toasted malty. Sweet, toasted malty. Bitter and light fruity finish.
