Hier versucht man sich an einem Dunklen, aber es stört das amerikanische Brauen: es erinnert stark an ein leichtes Porter. Dadurch ist es nicht zu süß und hat angenehme dunkle-Schokonoten hat. Fein aromatisch, aber irgendwie zu flach -das kann man besser.

Draught at the brewpub, summer edition, small creamy brown head, clear brown color with red taints, aroma of vanila, cocoa and chocolate cake, flavor of cocoa, vanila, chocolate cake and caramel behind, light sourness,. Really nice and easy.

On tap at Beaver Brewing, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted nuts, bready malt and a bit of cocoa. Nice maltiness to this. A little more robust than your average dunkel. Decent.
