On tap at 7venth Sun, pours a dark pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of hibiscus, with a touch of cherry, and a touch of pineapple. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of juicy cherries and hibiscus upfront, with a touch of pineapple, and light citrus. Barely any lacto character, just juicy fruitiness. Excellent.
