On tap at Charles Towne Fermentory, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of berries, with Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, with candied sugar, Belgian yeast and some fruity berries. Nicely balanced - he fruit takes a backstage. Solid.

Clear amber with a ring of white head. Nose has candy, apples, pear schnapps, some fresh cherry, yeast. Flavor has yeast, fall fruits, mild booze, orange, candy. Finishes mostly dry. A touch boozy.
