On tap at Legend, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out subdued bourbon, with toasted malt. Flavour is obscured, with faint bourbon and light toasted malt. Pretty weak and lacking structure. Uninteresting.

Tap. Pours clear at chestnut, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is bourbon, lots of bourbon dark sugars, caramel, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, very light bitter. Pretty over bourbon; almost tastes like bourbon was added to beer rather than a barrel aged product. Pleasant, but simplistic. Medium body.

On draft at blue 5 in Roanoke VA it is a dark amber color with a slight head. The aroma is of sweet booze and the taste is a sweet cough medicine taste that finishes in a a vanilla egg cream with some hints of bourbon

On draft at Blue Five Restaurant in Roanoke. Pours a clear cola with an off white head. Caramel, butterscotch nose. Flavors of oak and bourbon. Desert beer.

Half pour on draft at The Answer. Clear dark brown with beige head. Aromas of bourbon, caramel, toffee. Tastes of bourbon, oak, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a clear brown color with a thin fizzy tan head that quickly fades. Aroma of mild bourbon, caramel, tea, mild tart fruit. The taste is bourbon, caramel, chocolate, apples. Thin bodied, high carbonation. Could be a lot better if dialed in more.

Bottle thanks to Ilya! Pours a clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a nice combination of bourbon and sweet grains with a hint of bread underlying. Flavor has lots of sweet grains with some bourbon, nuttiness and a hint of cookie backing.

Draft at the Brewpub. 16oz pour in a pint glass. Poured a dark brown color, with a small light tan head. Aroma was notes of bourbon, vanilla - most of the notes of the base beer are masked. Some sweet malts. Flavor is sweet malts, vanilla, bourbon notes. Interesting.

on tap-pours mahogany with a disappearing tan head. Aroma is soft wood/bourbon, medium malt. Taste is bourbon, soft wood, sweet medium malt-some chocolate/toffee. Ok carbonation.
