Put your hard hats on hop lovers, Change Order is a big 7.5% IPA that will make you change your plans! Bursting with Citra and Mosaic and just a little touch of bitterness, this is an IPA built to last.

As we enter the final phase of our new brewery build, we dedicate this IPA to all the workers, contractors, painters, plumbers, welders, riggers, electricians and anyone that's laid a hand on this project. Thank you all.

This label was illusrated by our lead architect from Mattthew Rouse and includes the blue print of our tap room in the background.

16oz can pours a perfectly clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is fresh, simple and straight up, orange and soap and pine. Flavor has the slightest bit of candy sweetness, fresh orange, some grapefruit, soap, grass. Finishes a little oily, otherwise dry.

4 oz pour on draft at Aslin's 3rd anniversary party. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of orange citrus, floral. Tastes of orange citrus, floral, tropical fruit. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.

Draft pour at the Aslin 3rd Anniversary party. Poured a slihgtly cloudy orange color with a small white, wispy head. Aroma was light hops, some mild juicy character. Light citrus. Mild, easy to drink.

On tap at Union, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite clean, with fresh piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and light citrus. Piney and well-balanced. Really nice old school IPA.
