On tap at Levante, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry piney and floral hops, with a dry subtle champagne yeast character. Flavour is quite crisp and dry, with piney and grassy hops, biscuity malt and a touch of the champagne yeast. Bone dry but nicely done. Solid.
