Brewed with sorghum, oats, rye, and wheat, as well as local wildflower honey. Refermented with the juice of the cacao pod fruit, and conditioned on cacao nibs. Dry hopped aggressively with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and wet German Cascade.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
On tap at Tired Hands Fermentaria, pours a cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma is unbelievably intense and complex, with dank hops, with pot, toasted biscuity malt and light floral fumes. Flavour unbelievably balanced this impeccably, with intense dank hops, some light candied sugars remaining from the honey, and a touch of fruitiness. I'm not getting any hint of the cacao, but no matter. What a brew.
