Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out some of the red pepper flakes upfront, with light wildflower honey. Flavour is very intensely spicy, with lots of spicy red pepper flakes that berate the palate. The wildflower honey sweetness intrudes underneath after a while, but it ends on the spiciness. Good stuff.
