Draft @ CBC 2015. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty caramel citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy citrus finish.

Tap@CBC 2015, Red Session - fuzzy dark brown coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted malts, tropical citrus prominent hoppy, grapefruit, pine needles, some caramel, cocoa, sorachi spicy hit and roasted hoppy finish.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a murky dark brown with a bubbly light tan head. The aroma is grassy hop, citrus, light roast. The flavour is moderate bitter with a lively woody resin hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Alpha State Sorachi Black IPA ].Unclear medium brown amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, cat piss, light spruce - floral - earthy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pine - spruce - floral - earthy, caramel, sweet malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at the 4th Copenhage Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Murky chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose carries a big soarchi waft, spice, pine, toffee, earthy tones. Taste comprises pine needle, charr, light floral notes, sorachi well evident, cocoa rub. Medium bodied, fine carboantion, semi drying close. Decent Sorachified XDA.
