It’s a saffron coloured ale with a smooth malt balance and floral aroma with a twist; a dry spicy finish from the Juniper berries and other gin botanicals (lemon and orange peel, coriander, liquorice, orris root and angelica root) added to the conditioning tank. This makes for a sweet and fruity beer balanced with the natural acidity of the botanicals.

På Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Delt med Rune. Varm gylden. Skumring. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken plommer med hint av einebær. Lett tørr avslutning.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thick creamy-frothy head. As a gin infused ale it's decent enough if you like the spirit, although its aroma is a little off-putting.

Cask at cloisters. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Light aromas of juniper and malt, light floral notes to. Taste has a touch more of the juniper, along with a perfumed, floral note. Light sweet finish, a little thin. Ok.

How: Cask.
Where: GBBF 2014.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, bad vegetables, just bad unpleasant.
Body: Light body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit maybe, perhaps some citrus, but overall just bad.
Comment: Either they made something wrong, which I doubt since others would have noticed a miss brew, or this one is just bad.
