Grisette aged in oak barrels with Mosaic. Small Acts is our interpretation of a classic low-ABV mixed fermentation beer. This version is dry hopped with a substantial load of Mosaic to create a truly unique expression of hop aroma and brett character. With bright tropical and citrus like characteristics and a mild brett funk, this beer is a delightful little treat.

Tastes like I expected. Loads of mosaic and brett, followed by some oak notes. I prefer European grisettes but I'll support any grisette.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, pale yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Funky yeasty, mildly bretty, slightly vinous, fruity hoppy, slightly biscuity, pale malty and woody aroma, hints of white grapes, toasted oak, bubblegum, a touch of grape sugar, (not so) mild funk (pissoir). Taste is dry, woody, funky yeasty, bretty, slightly vinous and citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of white grapes, oak, toasted oak, some lemon peel, old lemon peel. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Very rich for its low abv, fairly dry; can't detect a special (even small) Mosaic influence (would have guessed Nelson Sauvin) - very good.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow, substantial white head, decent lacing. Aroma is quite funky, brett, barn yard, dank mosaic. Flavor is very light tart, medium funk, loads of mosaic hop. Light body. Nice.
