On the nose are intense notes of honey, ripe fruit, and oak, all following through to the palate with the fruit translating to hints of Sauvignon Blanc. Balanced by the oak and citrus of the barrel's past, Gin Rummy's finish is elegant, complex, and dry.

Clear golden, medium bubbly white head, good lacing. Huge gin, juniper, herbal. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitter, huge herbal gin. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Heavy handed. 4,6,6,4,12
