Draught at the brewpub
Hazy ruby-dark amber color. Light aroma of milk chocolate. Some malt, caramel, chocolate taste; the final is drier (the yeast or the maturation?). Unfinished, as well as other beers here.

(On tap) Clear, reddish brown with a creamy, off-white head leaving some lacework. A slightly tart malt note in the aroma. Medium-bodied with sweetish, roasted malt and some notes of nuts. Dry, lightly bitter finish. Fairly low carbonation makes this highly drinkable. No way a big beer but pleasant all right. 061006

A deep red beer with a slight haze under a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of berries - I both pick out strawberries and cowberries. The flavor is sweet and very malty, and quite a lot of berries - again both strawberries and cowberries, but also notes of roasted malt, leading to an OK bitter end, and citrus in the aftertaste.1
