Birra ad alta fermentazione. Weizen dissetante di bestia. Per liberare l'orso che è in te gustami fino all'ultimo sorso. Il giusto bilanciamento tra fruttato e floreale rendono questa Weizen eccezionalmente fresca ed equilibrata. Un leggero aroma di banana ti disseterà senza se e senza ma... Ma 'ndo waiss. Servire a 7 - 8 °C. Malti utilizzati: Malto Pils, frumento e malti speciali. Lieviti: Saccharomyces, Cerevisiae. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, frumento, luppolo, lievito.

[as Hibu 'ndo Waiss, ABV 5.6%] Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, frutto secca, erbaceo, agrumi e banana.

At a tasting, thanks, long lasting creamy head, strong carbonation, cloudy deepish orange color with some deep yellow hues, aroma of wheat, bubblegum and overipe oranges with just a spicy hint, flavpr of wheat and bubblegum with a hint of rubber, quite strong bitterness. Pleasant.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max & Stas.. Hazy golden. Aroma of fruity esters, a bit of spiciness. Flavor is yeasty, fruity and spicy, with a dry finish with a light bitterish touch. Light to medium-bodied.
