Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly rich and sweet, raisins, dark sugar, fruit stones, hay, grass, alcohol, dried dark fruits, bark, minerals, berry skin, toffee. Taste is slightly sweet mineraly, dark sugar, raisins, caramel malts, grass, fruit stones, hay, minerals, alcohol, butterscotch, bark, dried dark fruits, toffee. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mineraly mouthfeel. Nice and dangerously easy drinking.

Lezakowane dosc sporo czasu. Pachniemarcepanem, rodzynkami. W smaku figi, daktyle i hiszpanska malaga i lepkosc miodu spadziowego. Sadzilem ze odczuje tu ten spory alkohol dobrze byl jednak ukryty. Wyglad to rozowo bordowe krwistej barwy piwo przejrzyste, z niewielka pianka. Dosc malo slodkie, a za to drzewnie i nawet nieco wytrawnie. Tak jak lubie

Bottle. Three year old. Pours a hazy dark brown colour with a huge soapy beige head. Malty aroma of caramel, sweet cake, liqueur, bread, oak, and dates. The flavour is similar and is rich with caramel, liqueur, bread crumbs, dates, leather and some alcohol and grass in a little dry ending. Soft mouth feel, full-bodied and light to medum bitterness. A rich and sweet ale.

Bottle. Blurred, mahogany color, yellowish foam. Rich aroma: Sauternes, honey, citrus and a little liqueur and raisins. Taste: very sweet, liqueur wine, honey, raisins, warming. So sweet ;)
