Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Hydes Request ].Clear light to medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, light hoppy, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, pale malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140812]

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry grassy and slight herbal hoppy. Bitter, fruity and slight grassy. Bitter, dry and herbal. Grassy finish.

Cask at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Golden with a moderate off white head. Nose is bready malt, straw, cereals, grain. Taste comprises much the same. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre GB.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry. Mild malts, some sweetness imparted. Tangy orange - lemon hops but mild. Light dry finish. Not bad.
