Colaborativa Way Beer e Stillwater Artisanal. Produzida no final de 2014, durante uma passagem de Brian Strumke pelo Brasil, lançada oficialmente no Copenhagen Beer Celebration, em Maio de 2015 na Dinamarca, agora disponível comercialmente.

Desenvolvida com a polpa do Butiá, fruta tradicional no Sul do Brasil, colhida exclusivamente para a produção, a Farmhouse Ale Butiá é uma cerveja ousada, refrescante e forte. Para completar o processo de produção, que durou quase um ano, passou por uma segunda fermentação, dessa vez na garrafa, que resultou em uma menor percepção do açúcar e aroma mais aflorado.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Lightly hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangy citric peel, tangerine, peach esters. Taste comprises mango, peach flesh, melon, light herbal strike, straw, touch of funk and wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough refresher.

A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, brettanomyces, malt, and wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, brett, and malt.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a light yellow color, light hazy notes. Aroma was light funky pine notes, citrus. Stonefruit. Light funky pine. Light fruit tart finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Golden colour with small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some caramel and quite floral and nectary notes to it. Flavour is very similar, but has some berryish notes to it as well. Quite mellow and a nice palate to it.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy with straw, hay, yeasty, some herbal nuances throughout, acidic, grape like, and light on the palate, light floral.
