From Pivoteka Zagreb, shared with Hrabren and Jones (thanks!). Golden body with a white head that kinda collapsed unevenly. Creamy smooth aroma, slightly wine-like, creamy, notes of Emmental cheese. Overcarbonated mouthfeel, sweet taste, simple and, again, wine-like, very, very light banana, even lighter, trace tartness. Creamy, generally well hidden alcohol. Expected more. This is OK, but slightly too clean and uninteresting for my tastes.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Sly Fox Saison Vos ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs, grass, fruity, sharp grapes, barnyard notes, coriander notes, cardboard notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, dry, citrus - fruity tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140811]

Appearance: Amber colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Fruit, a bit sour, alcohol, yeast.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet malt, fruit, a bit sour.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, green banana, saison yeast and spices. Malty flavour, banana, cloves, bit bitter. Finish malts, cloves and green banana.

Bottle - Light banana, citrus, grass and clove. Clear gold with a rich head. Effervescent, sweet yeasty esters, orange and a nice slight clove finish. Lively and refreshing.

Caramel, apple, funk aroma. Clear golden, thin head. Apple and lemon, dry. Not a whole lot going on and tame for the style. No off flavors though.

Pour is a bright cloudy yellow with an average white head. Aroma is lemon juice with some nice yeasty esters. Flavor is a fresh fruit at first then comes some sugar and white wine grapes. Finish is dry and plenty of yeast esters. This was a solid saison. Very fruity and flavorful.

Draft. Crystal clear pale yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of medicinal lemon and straw. Taste is plain bitter straw.
