Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy light straw colored. Aroma is slightly sweet yeasty, butterscotch, banana bubblegum, grass, hay, flowers, paper, weeds, heather, wet cardboard. Taste is mild sour-ish grassy, yeast, minerals, paper, hay, bark, fruit stones, sour grass, flowers. Little bitterness, watery mineraly mouthfeel. What the crap?!

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (11/04/2019) - clear golden coloured pour with a tiny bubbly white head. Light citrus fruity with some notes of lemon, some straw, bready malty, light to watery body, light citrus kissed malty close.
