CBC Red Session. Keg. Opaque brown beer, small tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Chocolatey malts. Perfume from the Amburana. Spice. Lesser Brandy, Rum and Coconut. Light semi dry finish. Interesting and unusual and I liked it but this will be too off centre for many.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Way / 277 Pub Triple Wood Aged BarleyWine ].Unclear medium dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, wood, sweet wood - bread, warm wood, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet wood, sugart, peppery - cedar wood alike, wood, alcohol, dried fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20150502]

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Brown. Aroma of wood, spiciness, malt, caramel, vanilla and booziness. Sweet flavor, spicy, woody, with malt, caramel and vanilla. Quite boozy.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is mild spiced and toasted malty. Caramelish. Herbal, dry and spiced finish. Powdery. Vanilla

Tap at CBC15. Dark brown with small head. Aroma and taste of coconut, vanilla, dark chocolate and dark malts. Quite dry and off taste.
