On tap at Off Color - The Mousetrap, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings oily lots of fresh apricots, saison yeast, and vinous notes. Flavour is super juicy and fruity, with lots of acidity, juicy apricots, and light vinous notes. Too acidic but has a nice juicy apricot character. Pleasant but has the usual acidity issues of American wild ales.
