On tap at The Beer Temple, pours a hazy bright golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out black pepper, some tart citrus, and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is quite tart, but with tart citrus, rustic saison yeast, and grapefruit. Rustic, dry and citrusy. Odd but pleasant.
