Draught @ the Goose Island taproom (Aug 2023). Clear rich golden with a foamy white head, earthy aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter taste with typical Belgian yeast flavors in addition to orange peel, a bit of piney kick, thin smooth body, long finish. Great flavors!

On tap at Goose Island Brewhouse, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, floral notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is full of resinous hops, pine, Belgian yeast, and just enough malt to back. Nicely hopped, with excellent usage of the Belgian yeast. Damn, that's good stuff.
