This experimental IPA was brewed with a juicy ale yeast strain and dryhopped with HBC586, Bru-1, and Vic Secret. Intense tropical fruit aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, guava, lime, gooseberry, and strawberry. Dry clean finish with firm bitterness.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Not sure what’s hazy about this. Mild biscuit malt, some oils, mild longan hop character with gentle resin on the backend. Okay.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out oily pine, biscuity malt and some weird herbal notes. Flavour has a sweaty, herbal hop character, and a soft biscuity malt backbone. Not a nice hop expression.

Bright but dull gold. Not much head. Fruity hop, lychee, the malt base falls flat but the hops are good.
