Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is toffee, rich malt, spice, biscuit. Taste comprises biscuit malt, earthy notes, light spice, sweet notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a touch of bitterness. Decent enough for style but lacks depth for the ABV.

Tap @ CBC. Dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, hop and dark fruits. Flavour is malt, caramel, hop, toasted, dark fruits, grass, little candy, medium sweet and a little bitter.

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Clear deep red - amber beer, good pale tan head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Semi sweet caramel streaked malts. Cream as well. Modest fruits. Light crisp finish. Clean Scotch Ale.

From tap. Pours cloudy amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and breadish, caramelish. Toasted sweet caramelish. Bitter and toffee malty. Lingering toasted malty finish.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours dark amber with a creamy light tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, toffee, light milk chocolate. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, little choclate, light alcohol. Medium body, lively carbonation. 010515
