Bottle from the brewery. Peaches up front, fresh cut peach flesh, with some rhubarb tartness. Fresh strawberries round it out, with a soft, sweetness. Bitterness is low, with a touch of lactic tartness. Earthy barrel, light vanilla, with more rhubarb in the finish.

375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: almost clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: peaches, some rhubarb and strawberries, some vanilla. Taste: rustic notes, vanilla, rhubarb with raspberries, peaches. Overall: less acidic than usual, probably because it's mixed fermentation. Good enough.

Pale and mostly bright, maybe a tiny haze. Thin head. On the aroma a slight bit of phenol, also a bit of strawberry, rhubarb. On the palate, a decent strawberry character, light peach. Modest body, touch of acidity, with a good balance of fruit. Fairly delicate. I'm liking this one.

Poured from 375mL bottle (bottled Sept 2020). Clear-ish gold with small white head. Peach and rhubarb nose. Strawberry forward on the taste with some peach and rhubarb with mild acidity. Decent.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with lots of earthy rhubarb, faded peaches, and some oak. Flavour has faded peaches, some earthy rhubarb, oak, and wild yeast. A bit dusty, finishing with strawberries, rhubarb and peaches wrapped in a decent mixed fermentation body. A little faded, but pleasant.
